Returns Policy

• We hope you agree that we are making every effort to ensure you know everything about the mattress before you buy it
• We are therefore very confident that you will be delighted with your new mattress
• In the unlikely event that you are not happy, you can return your mattress by contacting us within 14 days of delivery
• Whilst we know you cannot “re-roll” the mattress, we would like it returned in the packaging in which it was delivered
• We will refund you once we have collected the mattress
